When they do, they bounce back much quicker than unhealthy animals. They get plenty of excersize, sunshine, tender loving care, natural rearing foods that are appropriate to the specific animal, clean environments, mental excersize, by way of proper training and socialization and avoiding toxins.
They have jobs to do, whether it be watching our house while we are away or making sure the cats don't get out of line while we are gone. They are part of our family, oftentimes they are better than a few humans in our immediate family and deserve the best possible care we can give them!
Parvo in puppies is serious and in some cases a fatal condition.
The Parvovirus, or as it is commonly known Parvo, is a very nasty virus which attacks your puppy or dog at a cellular level.
What are the symptoms of Parvo in puppies?
This virus has the most devastating effect on your puppy’s gastrointestinal tract. The gastrointestinal tract in your puppy is made up of their mouth, teeth, tongue, pharynx, esophagus, stomach, small intestine and large intestine.
This results in your puppy suffering from:
Large amounts of diarrhea and vomiting
From this your pup will become very weak and lethargic
Your puppy will often have a fever
A Loss of appetite may also be evident
Your puppies being so small and fragile during this growth period of their lives really struggle to fight off this virus. With the vomiting and diarrhea your puppy looses a large amount of fluid and nutrition.
This tends to result in devastating dehydration and also causes issues at a cellular level. These effects are more than your little pup can handle and this is when it sometimes can become fatal.
Make a note that puppies tend to have a real unique smell when they have parvovirus. This smell comes from the bloody diarrhea which can be a strong indication that your pup has the virus.
Contrary to what many say, Parvo is not a death sentence!! It can be treated and overcome with alot of work on your part and some very important tinctures of qualified herbs. I have never had to use it, but have heard and read great things about a tincture that Amber Technologies makes called Parvaid. This infuriates me !! Most dogs who get Parvo are the ones that have recently been vaccinated !!!! Parvo was created in a lab ..WHY ??? Dogs have roamed the earth for over 10,000 yrs & never have they faced such torure in the way of vacines/over vaccination, crappy pet food. FEED RAW , you will never see health like it ! There are NO long term studies of vaccines. not even for humans. It's fraud by science, praying on fear ! One day we will look back in horror of what we injected into these beautiful animals .
