Section #1
A $500 deposit will reserve a regular colored puppy or adult dog or $1000 deposit will reserve a blue/black/tri puppy or dog is ready to be delivered by seller. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. The puppy or dog must be paid in FULL 2 weeks before it is ready to be shipped, delivered or picked up. There are no refunds once puppy or dog has been purchased, full or partial.
Puppies will not be shipped, delivered or picked up before they are 8-12 weeks of age. Every effort will be made on the sellers part to insure that the puppy or dog is 100% healthy when delivered to the buyer. The buyer is responsible for all medical expenses incurred from the date of delivery of said puppy or dog.
Section #2
The buyer must take the puppy or dog to a veterinarian for a complete physical examination within 48 hours of receiving the puppy or dog. The cost of the examination is the responsibility of the buyer. If the buyer does not take said puppy or dog to the veterinarian within the 48 hour time frame, this warranty will be considered null and void. The seller must be notified immediately in writing via e-mail results of the examination. In the event the veterinarian finds the puppy or dog to be a poor health risk or detects any physical health problems that would require further veterinary care, the buyer must notify the seller IMMEDIATELY!! A report of the results must be faxed by buyers veterinarian to sellers veterinarian within 24 hours.
Section #3
The puppy or dog will be guaranteed for 6 months against any congenital life threatening or life altering defects. This includes....severe hip dysplasia in which requires surgery to correct. Kidney, heart, pancreas, spine, and liver problems of a severe life threatening nature. If the puppy or dog is found to have a life threatening defect, a complete report from buyers veterinarian must be faxed to sellers veterinarian within 24 hours after the determination. If puppy or dog expires within this 6 month period or warranty, the buyer must obtain a necropsy to ascertain the reason for death. If the reason is determined to be a congenital defect, the seller will replace puppy or dog with one of the same value to be determined by the seller. A replacement puppy may or may not be immediately available, buyer agrees to wait until one becomes available from a future litter. Replacement puppy is not guaranteed to be from same parents as original puppy or dog. The buyer is responsible for all shipping/delivery expenses to and from buyer on all replacements puppies or dogs. No monetary refunds will be made. Seller does not cover veterinarian bills, they are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Puppy or dog must be seen within 48 hours of delivery by buyers veterinarian..seller must be notified immediately via e-mail of said results or warranty will be null and void.
Section #4
The health warranty DOES NOT cover the following...Treatments for internal or external parasites, bacteria infections, cherry eye, loose hips/knees. skin allergies, elongated soft palate, small or colasped nostrils, small trachea, bad or uneven bites, undescended testicles, demodex, mange mites, inguinal or umbilical hernia, kennel cough, or thyroid disfunction.

The seller offer no guarantee that the buyer will be able to show or breed the puppy or dog, regardless of showing or breeding potential at time of purchase. There will be no refunds if buyers decides puppy or dog is no longer to their liking. PUPS LEFT OVER 12 WEEKS OR NOT PAYED IN FULL FOR WILL FORFEIT ALL MONIES PAID TO DATE.

All puppies and dogs sold will come with AKC pet registration unless otherwise stated.
Buyer understands that this contract is under the jurisdiction of the state of Iowa, in the county of Fremont. It is agreed that the place of venue shall be in Fremont County, iowa.

Please look over contract carefully before contacting us. You must contact us via phone before your home will be considered for one of our puppies or dogs. Contract must be signed and sent in with your deposit once you are approved. If you fail to send contract with deposit, we will assume you forgot to send it along and consider contract valid and that you have agreed to stipulations in contract by sending in the deposit. Contract MUST be signed prior to or at time of pick-up or delivery of puppy or dog.
